Qualification:
- MSc in Chemistry with 3-6 yrs of experience
- Setting up reactions, monitoring and conclude based on analysis. Reproducibility and consistency of results.
- Good record maintenance, safe handling practises of chemicals and chemical wastes.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up reactions for agrochemical intermediates and active ingredient synthesis
- Developing non-infringing processes and improving cost-effectiveness of existing products
- Maintaining quality and analyzing results for optimal yield
- Safe handling of chemicals and equipment
- Collaborating with other divisions for work-related matters
Purpose of Role: Conduct research under guidance to optimize cost and improve yield for UPL’s business growth.
