Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- NGS Data Analysis: Processing raw sequencing data, alignments, mapping, and gene expression analysis.
- Shell Scripting: Automating bioinformatics pipelines, data parsing, and formatting.
- Database Development: Creating and managing a bioinformatics database for microalgae in space biomanufacturing.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- MSc/MTech in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or Computational Biology.
- NET/GATE/UGC qualification (mandatory).
- Candidates who have recently submitted their PhD thesis are also eligible.
Preferred Experience
